I was 28 and living in Melbourne, Australia

I had to work in a telemarketing call center to make ends meet…

All of this meant I couldn’t enjoy life, and I sure as hell couldn’t build the kind of income, peace of mind, and purpose I wanted.

Stuck to a desk, low self-worth, low vitality, low clarity, and no way out. And I was doing it in Melbourne, soon to become the most locked-down, anti-freedom city in the world...

I was back working a truly depressing 9–5 for minimum wage — and had completely suppressed my masculine drive and emotional stability.

Fast forward 5 years… a lockdown, multiple sales roles, and thousands spent trying to fix my mind and body…

I realized there were 2 myths silently destroying most people:

1. “If you just hustle harder (like everyone else thinks) and stay mentally strong, you’ll eventually become successful and feel fking amazing.”

2. “Stress is just part of the game for those who aren't yet rich and famous, you have to live with it if you want results.”

… Yeah. No. Doesn’t work like that!

That’s exactly what keeps us stuck in a quiet mental hell.

I know, because I tried.

I gave it everything I had.

I still found myself:
  Having huge cortisol spikes before every sales call
  Strained hormone health (even after clean diet and training)
  Waking up feeling like I hadn’t slept
  Struggling to connect socially because I was mentally checked out
  Hiding my stress behind a fake calm demeanor
  And barely keeping it together behind the scenes
I mean... What good is it to have a HUGE transformation if I also ended up with:
  A racing mind I couldn’t switch off
  Huge crashes in my focus by mid-afternoon
  A better physique but 28.8% lower testosterone with side effects
  And a low-level resentment that I wasn’t operating at my true potential, but too scared to say out loud...
I hated it because deep down, I knew I had what it takes to win
But I clearly didn’t have the right system.

I had goals, dreams and aspirations...I wanted more out of life...
